If you are not satisfied with Ledger Pro for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or your most recent annual renewal — no questions asked.
How to request a refund
- Email [email protected] from the address on your account with the word "refund" in the subject line, or
- Reply to your Paddle receipt email and request a refund.
Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle, back to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Cancellations outside the refund window
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page or the Paddle billing portal. Access continues until the end of your current billing period and no further charges are made. Cancellations outside the 14-day window are not refundable.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first — we refund promptly and it saves everyone the chargeback fee. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account termination.
